Possibilities to buy automatically created vouchers directly via the shopping cart
Voucher can just be general credits for one course OR for a certain sum, to allow any purchase after that.
OR we can Link them to certain items (reserve the items? Might be better to do this via booking directly?)
Possibility to enter voucher on checkout to create 0 payment (depending on the options above)
