In the new report2.php, we need to activate the possibilities to sort by:

Name (text) and Prefix (titleprefix) of booking option (in contexts: instance, course, system)
First and last name of user
Date (timecreated), e.g. date of booking
Other optional columns

There should be filters for booking option name (in contexts: instance, course, system) and for user name and for other optional columns.
