Error When placing iron doors

Hello whenever I place a secret iron door and a secret button next to it and try to interact with it, it ends up making my Minecraft launcher crash. I am using the newest version in secret rooms-1.16.5-1.1.3.jar, and though I am using other mods with it the game only crashes when I try to use some of the items from the secret rooms mod. Any fix to this issue is appreciated and I will send an attached image as well as a crash report below
