Querying `nft_offer` of account object feature request #541

In the package org.xrpl.xrpl4j.model.client.accounts.AccountObjectType, there is no nft_offer type and its model of response, accordingly. This type and response model needs in retrieving offer ID to implement NFT transfer
More than the above, it seems to need updating to align the current API
