Several links are broken, specifically the ones that point to Zebra workflows like https://github.com/ZcashFoundation/zebra/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci-integration-tests-gcp.yml, https://github.com/ZcashFoundation/zebra/blob/main/.github/workflows/delete-gcp-resources.yml, etc.

This section is also outdated: https://zebra.zfnd.org/dev/continuous-integration.html#pull-requests-from-forked-repositories

The task here will be to review the whole document and change the broken links among with other updates that might be needed.
