I tried both version msi and portable in latest Windows 10 but the node can't be started, it only shows the image Loading...

Today. Identical situation.
Version like yours. Tried but can't log in = "Loading".
(New Windows 10 Pro, from VirtualBox)

and tried the commands in "zcash.conf" file:
server=1
rpcuser=zecwallet
rpcpassword=somepassword
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1

and tried with "admin"...
