Custom search engine appends #gsc.tab=0 in every URL

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.sack.edu.lk/'
2. See the URL after loading the page
3. The URL will be changed to 'https://www.sack.edu.lk/#gsc.tab=0'

Expected behaviour
The page URLs should not change after loading

This issue can only be fixed by a person who has the login details of acf mail(or the account which was used when creating the custom search).

We can remove it but I think if we remove that we will loss the our google search bar.

Ah right. Probably it was created with the ACF mail.
