It would be nice if it was possible to install acme.sh on a server that can't access https://api.github.com/ or https://api.github.com/.
In such a scenario, a user could simple send acme.sh directory to their server and launch the installation as usual.
Currently, I identified two occurrences where access to github is necessary:
I imagine that it would be impossible to upgrade, but it could be good enough in certain cases.
A installation from the archive does not fully answer the issue since the UPGRADING_HASH is still retrieved.
