Verified issue does not already exist?

  • I have searched and found no existing issue
  • I will be providing steps how to reproduce the bug (in most cases this will also mean uploading a demo budget file)

What happened?

I've regularly noticed that Autogenerated rules appear in my rules list that duplicate the batched rules that I have.

I have a rule that if a payee is one of: [Grocery Store A, Grocery Store B, ...], set the category to food.
Then after adding some transactions from Grocery Store A I notice that a new auto generated rule appears: if a payee is Grocery Store A, set the category to food.

It feels redundant and it creates trash rules.
