Integration with IPTV Manager makes canaldigitaal integration FAIL

Whenever I install this plugin in a fresh kodi environment (without integration of IPTV manager), it seems to work fine.
Whenever I install the IPTV manager is directly notices me that there is an error (and tv wont play, nor channel list being extracted)

If this is being worked on I can supply logs, but as I have not seen many responses to other issues I will wait till this help is needed.

After removal of IPTV Simple and IPTV Manager it starts working again
This is tested on a Samsung tab S9+ (will test later today on OSMC Vero 4K)

i noticed this happens because it makes more connections than supported by the provider. deleting other active connections in provider settings fixes it.
