同名文件已转存重复转存问题 #254

有些热门影视资源，洗码重新上传，订阅就会把原来转存过的又转存了一遍，导致很多重复的，应该是只识别截止文件id导致的

能不能调整一下，用文件名排序，以文件名确定已保存了哪些文件就不再重复转存了

还有作者开源在哪里，可以的话，想自己修改
