Right now if somebody has a profile and has defined a Library Link server, BBB creates a link under the "Full Text Sources" which links directly to the library server's website. Therefore, a user clicking on it will leave our website without the application generating an event. This causes an undercount of our full-text article clicks and should be remedied.
The application should send a GET (or maybe even HEAD request) to the link resolver with a TBD label (OPENURL? LIBRARY? something else?). To be coordinated with @golnazads
