Clear way to make contract id swapping not crash

Describe the solution you'd like

There has to be cleaner way

Is it already possible to achieve the same outcome in any other way? If so, how?

It is working good, but it was a hot fix 8116d51

Additional context

Also chack other entity details, issue might be extended
