In order to... create a bigger sense of urgency in potential authors
As a... Program organizer
I want... the unlogged user to see how many days and hours are left for submitting their sessions.

The countdown should appear near the program dates, in the first page.

In order to simulate different dates, change the entries on the last conference in 00_conference.rb
