Feature request: Monitor and intercept an already open COM port #5

It would be great if Serial-Lab could attach to an already open COM port and monitor the communication on it.

An example of this is Eltima Serial Port Monitor.

It would be even better to have the ability to intercept the data, change it with a C# code, and forward it to the target device.
