The container restart is currently not tested as part of the lifecycle tests, because of non-deterministic failures. It is possible that this is hinting at some underlying unidentified race condition, however I was not able to reproduce the issue locally and have not been able to identify or mitigate the problem despite intensive testing and debugging (#97). For now the restart test is disabled, however the issue should be resolved eventually.
