Cannot create new Group Chat via Android Client #61

I can create the group page, but the message never sends. The message remains dim and never gets "Delivered."

Checing iMessage on MacOS confirms the group never gets created.
If I create the new group via iMessage on MacOS, we can send to it fine via Android client.
