[BUG] Cannot type letters to chat after windowed/fullscreen mode change

Hi,
if I switch to windowed mode/fullscreen then I cannot type letters to chat (numbers on numpad I can).
Possible workaround is switching game theme in main menu.
Affected versions: 0.58 rc3, 0.59 beta10.
Windows 8.1, Windows 10

Does it work if you right-click the game screen or the chat field after changing the video mode? This often helps on Windows XP/7.
