When an user is deleted in Rovas, references to them must be replaced with (probably) Anonymous user to ensure the site does not break.

For example, deleting user reference in the purchase receipt document leaves "name" blank in the project_merits_feed view, which consequently might break 3rd party apps if they consume the view via API

also, make sure that deleted (anonymous) users do not earn Merits
