Improve settings panel #35

The current settings panel is not finished in its aesthetic part. The following things need to be changed:

  • If possible, make the panel draggable
  • Use an icon for teh close button (actually its the letter 'X' xD )
  • Fix the alignment of the settings to look the same in all tabs
  • Possibily change the styles of titles and such

On 12a099e the 1st and 2nd things were improved, using a TitleWindow as the parent of the Settings class
