gomp_barrier_wait_end func consumes most of cpu time

I compile my tensorflow model with bladedisc and run it, I find it's slower than my original tensorflow model(runtime env: inter thread 1, intra thread 1), and gomp_barrier_wait_end func consume most of cpu time, I'm wondering why
