As the title states, AltServer for macOS doesn't contain altsource CLI tool - would quite like to have this available so I could publish a couple of my apps.

The user guide seem on your website https://faq.altstore.io/distribute-your-apps/altsource-cli states that its there and that's how to generate the source.
