Creating a CI/CD Workflow on main branch #18

If we can set up a CI/CD workflow on main branch that periodically check develop branch (say after 1, 2 days), pulls changes, and runs tests, it would be great.

Whether it can work on it's own or it needs a corn job set up, it's up to us to experiment on
