Not Generating Unique Number - Just Shows Zero #2

I've installed your plugin, added to a field group and made the field visible to the WP admin so they can use it in a URL string (and edit it).

However, when editing the post it only displays a 0 after my prefix...for every post I use it on.

What other information can I provide that will help you look at this?

WP 4.3.1
ACF Pro 5.3.0
Localhost (WampServer, Windows 7)
