finding suggestions always

It cant load.

i first open my tab. inspect protractor tab

then duplicate. going 2. tab. same steps. inspect protractor and click an element but it says finding suggetions.

also i go to other tab again but nothing happens.

I had the same issue, then realised it works if you select elements from the page in the normal way, rather than selecting elements from the html in the developer toolbar.

I am still dealing with this issue as of december 6th. The suggestion made by @r-mukherjee also does not work for me.
