Loading env variables

I was following the instructions for running the project locally, but was running into Twitter authentication errors. I found out that if I put my consumer_key and other variables directly in the sinatwitter.rb file, it worked.

I'm not a ruby/rails developer, but is the code missing some part for loading manifest.yml when running locally?
