What is the purpose of this PR?
Closes #1171. While nuclear normalization has been confirmed to work as needed, users should still have the option to pass
split_large_nuclei=Truefor datasets with very large nuclei.How did you implement your changes
Add an option in the segmentation notebook to set
split_large_nuclei, and add an additional test to ensure nuclear normalization is working correctly.
