ansible-lint 6.16.0 failing on schema[requirements]

Versions:
ansible-lint --version
ansible-lint 6.16.0 using ansible 2.14.5

Not sure why my requirements file isn't passing the linter. The format is below:

---
# from github installing to a relative path
- src: git+ssh://[email protected]/<org>/<repo>.git
  path: roles/
  name: <repo_name>

schema[requirements]: ...is not valid under any of the given schemas
requirements.yml:1  Returned errors will not include exact line numbers, but they will mention
the schema name being used as a tag, like ``schema[playbook]``,
``schema[tasks]``.

any help would be appreciated.

for anyone who finds this...turns out the parameter path is invalid..once removed it passed linting
