The usual path that the user should follow is:

1. Go to the domain [Trace Analysis, Morphology Analysis, Single Cell Building ... ]

You will see all the use cases related to this domain. Each of them containing:

  • Image: representative representation of what you are able to achieve
  • Title: Definition of the use case
  • Description: detail information about what the use case does
  • Maturity: the state of the use case such as Beta, Experimental,
  • Target User: which type of user is this use case recomended to be used by
  • If the use case is not available yet it will have the Coming Soon label

2. Select one Use Case [Feature extraction, Synaptic event fitting, ... ]

2.B. In some cases you need to choose among different models

for example to see a morphology you should select which morphology you want to see (the image below) models

3. You have to choose between 2 options:

A). Search

Search in your Collabs and add this use case as a new entry (navigation item) You just type one of your Collabs name in the search field and then click on the name from the list

B). Create

Create a new Collab that will contain this use case You just choose a name and click Create button. Private or public Collabs could be created depending on the user credentials.

3.B. If you already have the use case in your Collab an alert will appear:

From here you are able to replace the content of the files (rewrite the entire use case that you have in your Collab) OR go to your Collab with the old version of the use case.

4. You are redirected to your Collab with the use case ready to be run
