Not sure if it is better to wait for the GitHub Actions support, but there are other services that offer macOS Arm CI/CD runners. I have used Codemagic with good success. And CircleCI recently added macOS Arm support as well.

actually we don't build arm64 wheels yet, unclear if we test this combination either.
