• parent issue: [Umbrella] Tencent Rhino-bird: Integrate Sort with OpenTelemetry #10798
• related issue: [Feature][Sort] Provides a method to add openTelemetryAppender for the sort connector #11065 , [Feature][Sort] Integrate log management systems for connectors #11199

By #11065 and #11199, the sort module has acquired the ability to report logs to opentelemetry and centrally process them.
Next we need to integrate for all sort-connectors(v1.15)
