Enable Translation in superset 4.1

How can i enable multi language in superset version 4.1. i want to debug on local both FE an BE. i installed by using PyPi. I changed config in config.py but nothing happened

   pybabel update -i superset/translations/messages.pot -d superset/translations --ignore-obsolete

Frontend Configuration

1. Language Packs: Superset uses the @superset-ui/core package for frontend translations. Ensure you have the necessary language packs and use the build-translation script to convert PO files into JSON files:

   cd superset-frontend/ && npm ci
   npm run build-translation

2. Language Picker: The language change functionality is implemented in the superset-frontend/src/features/home/LanguagePicker.tsx file. This allows users to switch languages through the UI.
