[IMPLEMENTATION] Implement DeepSeek-Prover

Description

I think it would be nice to have an implementation of the synthetic data generation prompts / approach proposed in DeepSeek-Prover: Advancing Theorem Proving in LLMs through Large-Scale Synthetic Data, as it's a nice fit within distilabel.

Also ideally not only the required task/s should be implemented, but also releasing a dataset out of it would be nice, and apparently fairly straightforward if only relying on synthetic data AFAIK.
