[DeArrow Tweak] Clickbait remover feature suggestion

I saw clickbait remover extension which is available on chrome and I thought it would be very nice feature for uYou+ also. The idea is that the thumbnail for the video would be taken from the start of the video thereby bypassing the annoying and ridiculous clickbait images which I and so surely so many others are tired of. Btw really appreciate your work on this app, makes the Youtube watchable again.
