Missing scroll bars when windows height is smaller (below 768).

If window height is below 768, Save button is invisible, and there is no scroll bar on right side, so setting cannot be saved.

I've also got the same issue. Is there a way to include scroll bars to allow user to find the "Save" button? The only other option is to have to zoom out on the page. Thanks,
