Update to new ServiceProvider naming #1

3 weeks ago we renamed "Extension" to "ServiceProvider" in silex core. Please update to the new naming by:

Renaming your file and class from FoobarExtension to FoobarServiceProvider
Implementing Silex\ServiceProviderInterface
Testing your ServiceProvider with the latest silex build
Renaming your GitHub repository
Updating the link here
