Tracking issue: Better Mobile Support

sqlite-vec theoretically can run on Android devices, iOS devices, and Raspberry Pis. But we don't offer easy pre-compiled extensions or "package managers" for these platforms.

I want to improve that, so this issue is a meta "tracking issue" for all work that's needed to make sqlite-vec easier to use for Mobile devs.
