quasi-fork for c++

Hi, I copied your code and created a version for c++. I did not fork it mostly because I did not think about it when I started and then I think the code itself is quite different so I am not sure a fork would be really appropriate from a technical point of view. Nonetheless, your repo is credited among the first things written in the README.
