Working Directory - Unintuitive selection of runs

Description

When navigating the workspace and selecting a run, one needs to know in advance which folders are run folders but it is not visually obvious when the user has reached an "endpoint" in the workspace which can be loaded into the selected runs group by the plus button.

Proposed Solution

Check whether a folder contains runtime data files and at least highlight such folders in a different color or only allow those folders to be added to the runs.
