Internal Server error upon login #51

This is a known issue, but tracking here for awareness. Internal Server errors can occur when using httpd >= 2.4.62.
Work around is to manually deploy patches as mentioned in this comment

Will close issue once OOD v3.1.9 is released

This issue is resolved in v3.1.9
