I have been trying to get this wrapper to work with our HikariCP data source. I am following the example to a T with the only different being that I uncommented the configuration for SSL which also required me to put the root CA in to ~/.postgresql/root.crt. Every time I try to start the application spring fails to create the data source with the following error message coming from the wrapper driver. Please help I cannot get this working! "An error occurred while obtaining the connections host ID." which appears to be caused by... Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: function aurora_db_instance_identifier() does not exist |

I think I figured out my problem. Looks like you need at least 11.16 to have that function available. I am on 11.9 right now. Upgrading and trying again. |
