chore: upgrade hibernate tests #888

upgrade hibernate-core to 6.2.22 (or to 6.4.2)
upgrade mysql database to 8.2 (or to 8.3) in integration test suite
if needed, add support of a new database engine POSTGIS (docker image docker.io/postgis/postgis:16-3.4) that should be used by hibernate tests
try to run excluded tests PostgreSQLSkipAutoCommitTest and MySQLSkipAutoCommitTest
