Untested citation type

As a developer I want to add a citation to my source that is implemented but not tested.
Sometimes there is source that is correct by construction and formulating a test is perspectively impossible.

For example a requirement that A MUST happen after B.
If this is implemented in a blocking/synchronous single threaded manner,
then it is (AFAIK) impossible to test.
This is not an exception.
