Creating a submodule for each Quantlet in a repository is not a good idea

Submodules are references to other repositories. They can help to organize a repository which uses additional repositories within its own repository.

Problem:

• The problem is that submodules can only be initialized via the Git Shell. This will be far to complicated for the average user and will scare them away from github for good.
