MaxEnt leaves random horizontal bands without prediction

After fitting the algorithms with RF, BRT and MaxEnt, the predictions of RF and BRT look fine but certain MaxEnt models leave horizontal bands in the raster without predictions. These unpredicted bands can be same or different for different iterations of the model. All of my predictors are numeric and continuous.
