在执行地图追踪任务时如果目标传送锚点附近还有地下传送锚点且地下传送锚点在列表中位于地表传送锚点上方时会传送到地下导致任务失败。
可在纳塔“柴薪之丘”处复现。

应该是只有存在每日的情况下会出现这个场景

传送点添加 action 用于控制地图的缩放
