use_authtok의 버그로 인해, 이 명령어가 있는 경우 비밀번호를 변경할 수 없는 이슈가 있습니다.
코멘트 10번에서 언급된 것과 같이 use_authtok을 지우고 나니 비밀번호가 잘 변경되는 것을 확인했습니다.

다음 배포때도 같은 이슈가 해결되지 않는다면, 해당 부분을 지우도록 해줘야 합니다.
