@jenlampton and I decided that we would both like to schedule regular times to work on the b.org, forum.b.org, events.b.org and other internal websites. We would like these works sessions to be open to anyone, but to make clear that the focus of these sessions will be to work on existing issues.

If people have ideas for making our websites better, they should bring those ideas to bi-weekly outreach meetings. These work sessions will be focused on implementation of existing ideas.

For now, we've scheduled these sessions for to take place immediately AFTER the dev meeting every two weeks (the same weeks that Outreach meetings happen).

On weeks when we have work sessions planned, we expect to move from the Zoom room into a Jitsi room, where we can coordinate our work. We would like to leave the Zoom room available to anyone who wants to hand out there after the meetings and chat/socialize.

We can modify this or schedule additional work sessions at different times if there are folks who want to be involved but can't.

That time works great for me. I mean, it's my work time, but I can hang out in the room with you while I work...
