Insert this example into a new CSS file:
* {content:"✔";}
Have "Beautify on Save" activated and hit Save a few times.

The simple "✔" expands into "╬ô├▓┬╝Γö£Γöñ╬ô├╢┬ú╬ô├╗├┤╬ô├╢┬╝╬ô├▓┬ÑΓò¼├┤Γö£ΓòóΓö¼├║Γò¼├┤Γö£ΓòóΓö£ΓûÆ╬ô├▓┬╝Γö£Γöñ╬ô├╢┬ú╬ô├▓├│╬ô├╢┬╝╬ô├▓┬ÑΓò¼├┤Γö£ΓòóΓö¼├║Γò¼├┤Γö£ΓûôΓö£┬¬╬ô├▓┬╝Γö£Γöñ╬ô├╢┬ú╬ô├▓├│╬ô├╢┬╝Γö£Γòæ╬ô├▓┬╝Γö£Γöñ╬ô├╢┬ú╬ô├╗├┤╬ô├╢┬ú╬ô├╢├⌐" after six saves on my computer, and it continues doubling/more than doubling on each save. Disable SassBeautify and the problem stops.

Regular latin characters such as the Danish æ, ø, å, fails as well.

This might be related to Issue 94.

Windows 10 build 10586.633.
Sublime Text 3, build 3126
SassBeautify is the newest version I suppose - installed through Package Control.
