Describe the task
Are we using Sentry? If so lets update the dependencies. If not lets remove the dependencies and related code.

sentry/browser: 5.7.1 -> 8.22.0
sentry/integrations: 5.7.1 -> 7.114.0

Purpose
Keeping dependencies up to date and manage dependencies and related code that is no longer providing value.

Acceptance Criteria

We have confirmed the value of Sentry for this application moving forward and cleaned up related code.
